| | stag beetles At long last we got stag beetles in the garden,well 2 any way both males so somwhere hopfully in a pile of rotting logs i put down about 3 years ago are some females fingers crossed |

If you have males you're very likely to have females. What sort of wood was it, just for interest? |

| | Re: stag beetles theres a wood just about a 1 mins walk away and theres a few there and yes the wood i used is some old logs of oak that a friend was going to burn but convinced him cause the had started to rot the were no good for a log burner so h gave them to me lol and now im well chuffed. soon as me camera is working i hope i can get some pics. |
