2-spot? or 10-spot? or another species?

Taken today, found in small area of deciduous woodland in South Notts.

The size of a 2-spot. I cannot decide if this is an immature ??

Yes, a recently emerged melanic 10-spot, Adalia decempunctata - most of the elytra will turn black but the small curved area on the shoulders will eventually turn red. 10-spots are slower to colour up than most other species.
Clues - the legs are brown, 2-spots and pines, even when fairly rcent have black legs; the thin band of white on the forebody is more likely on a 10-spot than 2-spot (melanic 2-spots tend usually to have no white on the pronotum.
