Apologies but help

I spotted this yesterday deep in the fronds of some fennel foliage. As usual I took a couple of 'insurance shots' then tried to get a better position to close in but of course the wee beastie decided to high-tail it over next-door's high hedge.
My first vague thoughts were of a small burnet moth but where are the prominent antennae? The books, based on colouration, made me wonder about Cercopis vulnerata but it definately flew rather than 'sprung' as I would expect of a froghopper. Then I wondered about beetles, but it flew rather suddenly rather than pausing to extend wing cases.
So, sorry about the poor image but can anyone resolve the identity for me please?

Hi Amiguru.

Yes, its the Froghopper Cercopis vulnerata.
They do use their wings to help them jump sometimes.
