Dunno what your link was supposed to say (it took me straight to editting my own profile) but if it's about having to make 25 posts before you can edit your profile I had that message when I joined too, I was able to edit after a couple more posts. Just be a bit patient and see if it'll let you within a couple of posts, that's what I did and it worked

profile permissions are only updated about once every 1 or 2 days, the speed normally depends on what else stu and mods have on their plates - thus if you have only just topped 25 posts recently ( i notice that you are on 30) then yours probably hasnt been changed yet , try again in a couple of days time
