| | | Hello from a newbie in Kent Hallo Everybody
I've been interested in wildlife (particularly birds) all my adult life - now retired. Keen on wildlife gardening (we have a pond for frogs etc) and feeding birds, albeit most of them seem to have cleared off recently to somewhere that's offering a more enticing menu. Three Long-tailed Tits yesterday and a Coal Tit today, which are scarce visitors to our garden.
My wife and I holiday in the Scottish Highlands every year, with a Wildlife Holiday company, and if you've not been yet put it on your "10 things to do before I die" list. Just magic.
As we are thinking of moving in the new year I've been having the thrill of a lifetime trying to clear out 30+ years of nostalgia from the attic. I've decided to part company with my collection of Wildlife, then BBC Wildlife, magazines. Still sorting through them, but looks as though I have every issue from 1980 to 2006 - all in decent condition. Still pondering how the ceiling is in place.
Is anybody interested in taking them off my hands? No charge involved, but will need to be a pick-up job. We live in the Medway Towns.
Alternatively, does anybody out there know of any charities that would take them for re-sale etc.?
Failing either of the above, it will have to be a waste re-cycling gain.
A shame, but we have to down-size.
Look forward to any responses, and hope to contribute in the years ahead to Forum questions/debates.

evo!48 | Welcome evo!48
There is a forum attached to the London Natural History Soc and and books and mags going free to a good home get snatched up very quickly. Are you in a similar society where you can advertise your collection?
Welcome to WAB Bill.
