Hi everyone I was recommended this site a few weeks ago but I never got around to having a look  I have accounts on a few other wildlife/nature forums and I also moderate for a large gardening forum. I have a number of Horticultural qualifications and I'm fascinated with native British plants and I've also recently become interested in Fungi after attending a course run by the Hampshire Wildlife Trust 
So that's me and I hope to have fun contributing and reading post's on here  |

Hi Carl, welcome to WAB, You'll enjoy it here, it's a great forum.
If it's the British flora you're interested in, there's no better place to be than Hampshire; as one famous botanist's once remarked 'Hampshire is the centre of the universe when it comes to botany'. Having spent most of my botanising years there, I'm inclined to agree!
