Stuck with User CP.

Didn't know where to put this, but anyway.

For some reason, it will not let me edit my avatar/profile/signature as it says.

Hi Ben!, unfortunately you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

   1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. For example, new members must make 25 posts in the forums before they can edit their profile or add their signature etc.
   2. Alternatively, you may accidentally be trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or enter some other area of the site that has restricted access.
   3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

As you can see I have 25 posts, and I'm definately accessing my User CP, so what's going on?
