Hello Folks,
I've been using this site for some time now, great for identifying birds, beasties and anything else in nature that I can't put a name to, so I thought it only right that I should sign up.
I'm retired, live on my boat on a tidal river and usually get woken by the Redshanks piping or the daft Swans tapping on the side cleaning any weed off the waterline .  . If I can just work out how to even switch this fancy camera on my Grand Daughter bought me, I might even get round to posting some photos of life on the river..Don't own a TV, just this haunted typewriter thingy presented to me with orders to stay in touch with the family so at least I've got one foot in the 21st Century. |
