I have looked on the internet and come across your forum so I joined because I got a problem in my garden and I'm trying to find out about it's like a small bottle brush growing out in the ground and there is lots of them to in with my roses, please can anyone help me

They grow to about 10" and are persistent. Round up applied carefully for a couple of years at regular intervalls. Its as hard as ground elder to get rid off. Cant remember what it is called.

Round up or another chemical that kills the roots without harming the other plants and trees is about the only way to get rid of them. Lots of people will not use chemicals but with some pests as these are, it seems to be the only way.
