Well, I'm not exactly new on the list, looking back I signed up in October 2006.
However, there was a long hiatus before I started actually looking at threads and getting stuck in, so in practical terms, I'm pretty new. Saying hello to be sociable, and as someone else pointed out, it helps get towards the 25 posts needed to 'Edit Profile'.
Me - I'm Sven Rufus, as the ID would suggest. I'm and ecologist, self employed, worked for wildlife trusts and other nature conservation NGO's up and down the country for quite a time now, and currently doing consultancy, sub contracting, wildlife gardening and anything else that takes my fancy. Counting flowers for a living, nice life!
Live in Brighton, walking climbing diving among my pass times when I get a chance. Ermm...
I'll stop now, in case I bore you.
