Good afternoon to all members. I am completely new to the site having joined just a few hours ago. I am looking forward to meeting you all and sharing my photographs with you.I still have to learn how to upload photographs so it may be a little while before you can see and comment on my work any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Use the drop down list to enter which category best suits your photo – (for example, Unidentified Insects), then click on “Browse” to find your photo, and by clicking on your photo’s filename, it will be inserted into the list ready for uploading.

Repeat the “Browse” & insert procedure for each photo.

Finally, click “Upload/Submit” (Below the Browse list), and your photo(s) will be uploaded.

IF UPLOADING TO Gallery; -

Generally follow the steps outlined above, but note that after clicking Upload/Submit, a second page will appear after the photo’s have been transmitted, and on this page, each individual photo will need to be properly titled & detailed.

If the photo’s show flora/fauna, they must have the correct Common/English name, followed by space hyphen space, and then the Latin name. (NB. Correct use of upper case lettering on first part of Latin name, and lower case letter on second part of Latin name is required).

For example: -
Fly Agaric – Amanita muscaria or Common Toad – Bufo bufo

Note that the Gallery also requires Keywords, which are easily added by copying and pasting the Common and Latin names, and adding any other Keywords required. Note also that the Gallery has an upload limit of 5 photo's in any 24hr. period.
