Hi everyone!

I'm Anna, a relative newcomer to photography, and also a relative newcomer to the UK. I'm a born and bred Montrealer, but married an Englishman in 1999 and moved across the pond. We live in Sunderland, so I spend a lot of time walking along the North East coast.

I enjoy most types of photography, but have a particular interest in the natural world, be it birds, insects, or landscapes.

I'm looking forward to learning a great deal about the wildlife of my adopted country, and to learning about wildlife photography!

Hi Anna, you've certainly come to the right place to learn about the wildlife, there are some very knowledgeable members on here, not me I might add. Enjoy the site.

I can't wait to get out in some better weather for some photographs; I am a member at WWT Washington, and haven't been there in quite some time - I miss it!

hi Anna welcome to the most interesting and friendly place you could hope to come across.
I've only been here a few weeks and can hardly remember life pre -wab!
I enjoy photography and use to think my photos were pretty OK, until saw the fantastic stuff on display here. Now Im improving my photographic skills as well as my wildlife knowledge . Enjoy!
