weird things in the pond???

i have a pond with a single frog in but recently have noticed some weird wormy like parasite in the water....alot of it.and was wondering if it was harming the frog and what i could do to get rid of it...and really want to identify it..!!!

Hi and welcome to WAB..
I think your worm things could be flat worm like a leach but without a pic its impossible to make a positive ID..
A pond is an ecosystem and everything in it has a place..
Why do want to get rid of them, they will not harm the frogs you will get lots of wildlife in ponds and cant get rid of one thing and not others.
Learn to enjoy what you have..

Could be Mosquito larvae. I've had an old Tupperware bowl in the garden that's got stagnant water in, it's been alive with Mosquito larvae for weeks now. There quite entertaining to watch, haven't managed to take any photo's of them though, the light has all gone from the garden now.
