Just a brief note to say 'hi' - I came across this website quite by chance yesterday, and have only scratched the surface of what it has to offer!
I am based in the South West, but spend much time in beautiful West Wales. I inherited an interest in wildlife from my parents, and have been an avid forager of all sorts of wild foods for over 50 years. I am particularly interested in fungi (to photograph and to eat), and am always accompanied on my travels by my whippet (hence name and avatar!). |
