I did live in Salford for many years and the joke was that the only things that were green were the buses. Then SELNEC came along and they all went brown and orange! |

Bartonflyer - It must just my side of Manchester then. I'm in Bramhall on the south side and I've never seen rain quite like it. This summer was a good one, but it didn't get going until August and it was all over by September
Chris - you're right, those short trips up the M6 make it all worthwhile |
