Hi there,
If I may briefly introduce myself - the name is Ken, I live near Glasgow and am particularly interested in birds and wildlife, and in particular photographing them.
My biggest problem is that I am not very knowledgable when it comes to identifying what I have photographed and am oftem looking for help.
I will try not to be too much of a nuisance - honest!

Hello I am new too (well only been here for a few days). I have already learnt a massive amount and also learned that there is no point trying to describe something you have seen - photograph it, or make really detailed notes about every square millimetre of it.
