Time to say hello

Hello one and all, Joined this excellent site midweek, so thought I should introduce myself. I can't believe I haven't found this site earlier, so much information and some great photos. For a bit of back ground I'm a member and a volunteer with BBOWT and have volunteered with their Water Vole Recovery project and also at one of there reserves for the last 18 months, so I wonder if I already know one or two of you????

I'm looking forward to posting on a regular basis when the surveying season restarts next year. Till then I will carry on reading the other posts and submitting when I can help.

Hi Odonata, I would like to say it is my real name as it has a certain ring about out. However, the story is as follows: In nineteen canteen when I was a lad my RE teacher, of all people, at junior school told us that everyone should have a nickname and even the Bard had one, you guessed it Billy (William) Wobble (Shake) Dagger (speare).
