| | | Greetings from Dorset Hi all,
Just discovered the site! Looks like I'll be spending quite a bit of time here. The photography forum looks good as I've just bought a camera (digital).
Cheers,

A great site for information, as well as some amazing images in the Gallery. Some of the debates get very passionate - but that makes for good entertainment in my book.
I'm sure you will enjoy.

Louise xx | I must confess it's borrowed from the American blues musician Chester "Howlin' Wolf" Burnett (not been with us for 30 years or so), but I thought it was appropriate for a wildlife forum name.
Thanks for all the welcoming messages. I think I am going to enjoy this!

| | | Re: Greetings from Dorset Thanks again for the warm welcome. As yet, I've not had much time to make posts as I'm still sorting out my new computer which arrived this week (from a PC to a Mac). As soon as I am able to de-commission the PC I hope to get more involved, particullarly with the photographic side of things.

HW | Good morning HW. Welcome to WAB. Dorset...hmmm. You lucky person. One of my favourite counties.Used to fossil hunt there as a child and older. And home of the Lulworth Skipper. Nice.
Hope to hear all about your lovely county and it's wonderful wildlife.
