Thought I'd say hello folks.

I've enjoyed having a look around the site and forums already. There are some really informative posts and some great pictures too!

I'm quite new to photography but looking to learn. I recently started a vegetable plot beside our flower beds and it's amazing to see the wildlife in our garden expand! We've hung up some bird feeders and even built a bird house in a large tree at the end of the garden so, I'm taking inspiration from this site and hope to capture some images of our new visitors.

I'm very lucky to live in central Scotland and have family in North Devon too. Some of the views in both parts of the world are very scenic so I hope to be able to post some worthwhile pictures of my own soon!
