| | Yo! Hey there!
I'm new here and as you can probably tell I am rather fond of foxes. I've only ever seen one real live one, which was quite an unexpected encounter. I was having trouble sleeping one night back last summer and went for a random stroll at around 5AM when an adult (female, I think) fox decided to walk up to me and jog alongside me for a bit before running off down an alley. Been hooked on looking for wildlife ever since.
I'm 19 and have always been interested in wildlife and animals in general, (and astronomy, which after seeing the section for that makes me think I'll enjoy this forum quite a bit!)
Although I love wildlife, I'm still not really that knowledgeable about it... In fact one of the reasons I decided to sign up today was because I was having trouble identifying an insect, so I'm hoping to learn a lot from my time here. |

If you've got a pic of the insect upload it after resizing to around 1000 pixels longest side ,then start a new thread in the insects section and I'm sure someone will help out(even if you can only describe it you can sometimes get a rough species id).
Enjoy yourself

Yeah it was a wonderful moment, I've been hoping to try and run into one again but no luck so far. Guess it doesn't help that the field it ran out from is being built on and is fenced off... Quote:
