Small Flies Infesting My Loft

Hi..could someone please help identify these tiny fly like creatures that are invading my loft space. Although they have wings they don't seem to fly and have great difficulty in righting themselves when on their back. Someone has suggested that might be a termite which does worry me considering the amount of wood in an attic space. One thing to consider is I bought some woodchip loft boards in sealed packs from B&Q some months ago which have just been sitting up there in the loft and I wonder if they have come from there? Another observation is they seem to appear in masses during warmer weather!...Please help, also any info on thier extraction, hoe to deal with the problem would be of great help. Thank you.

I can assure you its not a Termite they have powerful jaws the workers have no wings they are becoming common here to sell a house you need a termite inspection

Sorry don't know what they are, Possibly a fungus gnat
