Hi All, I joined this site about 3 months ago and never thought to say hello, so "HELLO", I have submitted a few threads about Fishing for Eels & Crayfish it is part of my living and a Crayfish recipe for those of you who like Signal Crayfish. Have pulled my back yesterday trying to lift an old stone flagstone on my own  (Idiot) and so cant do much at the moment only sit here and yap, hope you are all well and look forward to reading the forum

Welcome Frankie . I've never eaten eels or crayfish, I wonder what I'm missing. Some of us never get beyond fish fingers. |
