I've been a member for a few days now and have been wandering around this fantastic site getting my bearings. I have to say it's an absolute gold mine of information and great pics. I'll definitely be a regular user (although I'm not known for posting a lot ).

Just a few basic facts: I'm 45, married, no kids, live in West London and enjoy roaming the great parks and riverside nearby. I've also been recently experimenting taking insect photos with my rather basic digital camera and today posted a couple of photos of unknown (to me) bugs for ID - possible shield bugs. I'll put a post and the links to the photos on the insect forum later.
