Hi everyone, I have just joined this website and wish to say hello to everyone here, also i do have a question about insect identification if anyone can me help me please, but i will endevour to place it in the appropriate section.
I think i will be a regular visitor here in future as insects are my main interest.

Thank you folks for all your kind comments, it seems that i have made a few members rack their brains in helping me identify an insect, but the amount of help already shown to me has made me realise that this forum is all that i could ask for and no doubt i will be a regular visitor.
Having kept bees for over 30 years now, i am well aware of other insect life around the area and do try to study their lifestyles and identify anything which appears odd or unsual and it seems this forum is a wealth on knowledge, long may it continue to exist and i wish to say thanks for whoever has put together such an excellent resource for us all to use ,and of course the Mods for maintaining such a high standard in the contributions of members.

Firstly thank you everyone for your good wishes, i am enjoying myself already immensely and in reply to Duncan regarding beekeeping, i am always keen to chat to a fellow beekeeper, although i have kept bees over 30 years i still regard myself as an amateur, its one of those hobbies that something new is learnt every day.
