Hello from Fourwings

Ok, here goes,

My name is Steve & I've just turned 40 this year

I live in a small village just South of Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire with my wife & three kids.
I have been employed in farming since leaving school, the perfect job for being at one with nature & getting wet & cold in the winter!!

I've been photographing wildlife on & off for nearly 20 years,& as most of you may have guessed my speciality is Dragonflies, I was one of the co-founders of the Leicestershire & Rutland Dragonfly group back in 2003.
Although I do travel quite a bit, most of my photographs are taken in my home county..
Now days anything that gets within range gets photographed, since going digital in 2002 my interest in entomology has become a bit of an obsession, but a healthy one

My main interest outside of Wildlife is Live music, I am the official photographer for a semi-professional Pink Floyd tribute band, the perfect job as it combines both my favourite music & cameras.

I only found W.A.B around a month ago and its been brilliant to be a part of something that is really going places,& is full of people that share my interests.

So who's next?

and twin flash ,my thing was aerial captures of wasps by the dragons

Working outdoors, snapping wildlife in your spare time and listening to live Pink Floyd music - there'll be plenty of people who'll envy your lifestyle Steve, especially if they work in an office, watch TV every evening and have to listen to their kid's gangster rap
