Welcome to WAB. If you go down to the Bill in the mornings and see a bearded chap peering down a telescope at the sea, chances are it will be a guy called Justin. He is almost part of the scenery down there as he spends a lot of time sea and migrant watching. Lucky guy had a Blue Rock Thrush in off the sea there a couple of years back. Very approachable and a font of seabird knowledge.
