hello there
I recently stumbled across this site and have decided to stick around to share some experiences
I'm French, I'm 37, i live near Paris and I've two kids (7 and 10 years old)
I really like observing wildlife and being in the outdoors.
I'm keen on photographing (wild or landscapes)
I'm a Engish beginner but I get by (been learning for two years)
So please forgive my mistakes in your language.

It's great to have a French person here on WAB. I often nip over to France, being a fan of France and all (most?) things French! I am very much looking forward to visiting Paris again in May and the Rhone Alps region (also again  ) in August.
(If there is a similar site to this called "Wild about France" I would like to join!  )

I'm fortunate to be very close to a wonderful location called " Les lacs de la forêt d'Orient" and it's a good place for birdwatching (about 30 miles from home)
Does anyone know that spot ?
Tha'ts a good area in France for wintering white tailed Eagle,cranes and peregrines. Lot of wildboars and deer densities are very high too.
