| | | New Member / Bee Mite / Suffolk I have been wandering around the Suffolk countryside photographing nature, today I took some macro bumble bee shots (amongst other things) only to discover the poor bee was infected with mites. It's a real shame, anyway in searching the internet to see what the mites are I discovered wildaboutbritain, effectively killing 2 birds with one stone.
Regards, Nick |

| | | Re: New Member / Bee Mite / Suffolk HI Nick, Jimbob1 here. I live in the midlands, but spent alot of time in Suffolk as a youngster on family holidays' (enough to become an Ipswich fan which sticks to this day!)
Most of our time was spent on the coast at Lowestoft, Oulton Broad, Southwold, Walberswick, Kessingland and Pakefield.
The little estuary at Walberswick really is llike going back in time.
Its a great part of the world and I look forward to seeing some of your pictures for old-times sake! |

Hi Jimbob, although I do spend a week in Waxham most years, most of my time is spent in West Suffolk, Mildenhall, Lark valley, Brandon (brecklands) Thetford Forest, Cavenham Heath and I go out on the Fens on occasion.
Cheers! Nick
p.s. Not really a football fan TBH. I used to play American Football for Ipswich Cardinals though |
