I'm not a fan of introduction threads so I'll keep it brief so as to not bore!
I'm not sure what to say really...I found the forum whilst Googling for butterflies (sounds almost wrong) and it looked friendly and informative. I live in London, so hardly the great outdoors, yet I still find plenty of opportunities to appreciate nature.

Welcome to WAB. An interest in nature is all you need to really enjoy the friendliest wildlife site. Incidently London also has some great wildlife.

That was a great introduction. Not everyone takes the time to introduce themselves properly and it sure is handy also to know how you came by the site.
It would be most useful if every member provided that type of information.

I come from Hampstead in London. Live in Exmouth just now. Pleanty of places for wild life in London though.

Thanks to everyone for their welcomes.
Yes, there is some amazing wildlife in the big smoke. I'm near Romford now so there's even more on my doorstep (Hainault, Epping etc). |
