| | Re: Black Redstart in Hawkinge kent Hi, i am a complete novice at this so please bear with me until i find my feet ( if i ever do) I am so excited because i have just seen a Black Redstart in my front garden, for the very first time. I live in Hawkinge, which is just outside of Folkestone in kent, i get the usual wild birds in my garden, Goldfinches, of which there seem to be an abundance of this year, Blue Tits, Great Tits, Robins,Blackbirds, the occasional Thrush and Lesser Spotted woodpecker, etc, etc.
Hope that wasn't too boring but i just had to tell someone.

By the by, the F104 was one of my favorite aircraft.
Also hello to Mary Butterfill, feet found I think. Lucky you, I've never seen a black redstart
Welcome again to both of you
