| | | Weaving the Web of Life
My name is Earth Hart the Yarnweaver. As a yarnweaver, my yarns are about the Earth, its landscapes, wildlife, seasons and the ancient festivals.
Over the years I have seen many things that make me wonder how we got the name 'Homo sapiens' as I see very few Wise Ones these days. We seem to have forgoten who we are and what our place is here on Earth. On my travels around the UK I have noticed that there is a remarkable lack of what I call R&R, Respect & Responsibility. It should be upmost in our lives these days if we are to get the governments to get their acts together and help the planet rather than rapeing it.
Sorry for coming in with my first thread that is a bit of a rant, but then again, that is what I do. Hope some of you can understand where I'm coming from. Until the next time... |
