Hi everyone.  I'm new to the site and just dropped by to say hello. I'm not very good with photography and stuff yet. We have Mum, Dad and youngster greater spotted woodpeckers in our garden and have tried & tried to get a decent pic to show you all, but have failed. I'll keep trying. Also I'd like to ask, is there a good kiddies wildlife magazine (on subscription) or club to join available - I'm thinking ahead for Christmas presents now. Nice to meet you all. |

You could get a membership for your kids for the Wildlife Watch, which is the junior branch of The Wildlife Trust.

Try going on line to Welsh Wildlife Trust and see if they have a junior branch, I know that the RSPB have a junior club. Here in Kent we have the Kent Wildife Trust they organise and run touchy feely days for kids with pond dipping and bug hunts, check and see if your county does this,
