Hi David. Welcome to WAB, you live in a beautiful part of Wales, I have a cousin who lives in South Wales next to the Black Mountains. Everyone is really friendly on here and you don't have to venture far and wide to get great photos, most of mine are done in my garden. However hope the enthusiasm of everyone will help you overcome you fear of leaving your home. Great to have you onboard. P.S. another two great sites are the www.worldphotographyforum.com and www.birdforum.com.
