A very warm welcome to WAB!
You will find us kind and helpful here, we are all looking to the same thing, namely conservation of wildlife.
As you are from Sydney, I'm sure that you know the Sydney funnel web spider? Do you have it in your area/garden?

hi Naturegirl.
No, not yet seen those SFW spiders, I have seen their funnels in a national park southwest of Sydney, but not where I live. We have plenty of red backs, some trapdoor in the front garden, large wolf spiders and huntsmen spiders, occasionally I find a net casting spider in the plants too. All look creepy. Yuck. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
