| | | Hello everyone I stumbled upon this site when attempting to identify a fly. I live by the Kentish coast and have a garden which I have built to be wildlife and human friendly. I work opposite a bird sanctuary, and spend many a happy lunch hour walking along the creek. |

| | | Re: Hello everyone Thanks for the welcome, I'll post pictures of my garden ponds later.
Although I see and photograph much wildlife (mainly birds) in my lunch hours, the best thing that happened was a bouncy rustling in the long grass, I stopped and watched until a weasle saw me and stopped in his tracks standing on his rear legs with a dead blackbird in his mouth. He put it down and bounced off popping.
On my return I noticed the blackbird had gone. |
