| | | Nature in SE London Hi - I live in New Cross where you really have to look for the wildlife. My future mother-in-law has just planted a seed of doubt in my mind that, instead of creating a nice little pond in my front garden for the local frogs, I am rearing ill-fated frogs which will walk blindly into the road and perish. So I will have lots of questions with panicy undertones.
Glad to be here x |

| | | Re: Nature in SE London Hi oliviamaryb and welcome to the site. Do you live near to a busy road then, What is your back garden like , ie does it back onto other gardens. If it does your frogs should be safe from the traffic..The frogs need all the help they can get in the form of ponds and habitat. |

| | | Re: Nature in SE London Thank you for your welcomes. My back garden is next to some other back gardens, but is an end-of-terrace. I am currently making my garden irresistable to all wildlife. I am going to employ a local youth to shepherd daring froglets back to their home. And I thought my Rabbit was stressful! x |
