Not sure really!
I have always has a background interest, but lately me and the wife had been getting further away because the kids are now older.
We get to the highlands 3/4 times a year and also North Wales 2/3 times a month.
I work on the railway and have done for 22yrs so I get free travel anywhere in Britain on a regular basis, so It's quite easy for me to visit some our better natural history sites.
So, as I say, now is an excellent time of life to start enjoying our Nature/Wildlife much closer!
I really love scenery and probably if pushed, birds of prey would be a pretty big interest, but i'm just going to enjoy it all at the moment. |
