| | | Re: Kayleigh one for you to answer please. Hi shei111 what camera have you ordered ?
Mine is good with insects like bees a bit iffy on tiny spiders. Not too hot with birds but that's probably me
I took this today not bad but a few attempts. That's the good thing about digital. You can delete the bad ones. |

| | | Re: Kayleigh one for you to answer please. Hi kayleigh,, Thats a good photo really love it, Ive got a olympus SP560UZ. Should be here in a day or two. I main ly wanted it for garden birds Ive done lots of read up on it and hopefully it will be ok for me, I was very surprised how the prices of cameras varied from shop to shop for the same models , I was doing a lot of research on line which was the easiest as we live 23 miles from nearest large town which is where you need to go to buy. I ended up buying on line too, simply because for exactly the same camera at all major outlets I got it for £135.00 cheaper, and thats with postage, Im only a novice and didnt want to spend loads of bucks on something I know little about , so I thought Id start off with the olympus and I can always work my way up if need be. We all have to start somewhere dont we? sheila |

I had the same problem. I took it off an attached a wrist strap.
It's all about getting familiar with the camera. Look at my earlier pics. I have improved a bit. The bee fly came out really clear. Flowers are a good subject too. I cant wait for nicer weather as I can get closer to the birds and the bees in the garden.
A bit adventurous but I'm going for a hummingbird moth. They go on my lavender, lilac and budlier. |
