you will really enjoy this site they are really friendly I havnt been member long but be warned its addictive!
Have a look in the search for wolfhill he is only a yong lad and he takes amazing photos and won comps so he will probably inspire you even more.
As far as deer shots I have really got into deer photos and still learning but some things iv been told are - dont wear anything perfumed ie soap deodorant they smell it - wear dark colours pref greens/browns they spot you easily - its not glamorous but its worth it they are wonderful to be amongst
