hi linda and pauline , great messages,thankyou .be glad when the radiothearpy is over ,leaves one very tired for a few hours. be great to start living again and forget all this and going to uni in september. the oak tree outside our flat is coming on well ,leaves almost completely out ,everywhere`s going green ! sue

Glad to hear things are going well. The tiredness(like no other) will soon pass just go with it rather than fight it.
Must admit this is my favorite time of the year when its all changing so quickly, enjoy your good times there will be loads.

hi pete and sarah , sounds like you had a great time at somerset level and saw the the heronry . never been there but sounds like a good place. at sandwell valley near me on ice house pool theres a lot of trees and there are over 20 heron nests there. havent seen them this year but i have counted over 20 nests in the past like last year . its a huge heronry . done a bit of birding --my friend took me to sutton park last thursday and got 22 species . it was lovely .

hi kate . thanks for your kind message . been for a checkup today at city hospital and all well. havent got to go again now for 6 months . only the radiotherapy to be done and thats over the 17/18 june then thats it ! will have to be checked every few months for 5 years . soon be able to live properly again once the radiorherapy is done but not looking forward to it . least i wont miss any springwatch programmes! sue

YEAAAAAA! And theres the really important bit - no not that don't have to go for another 6 months - that you won't miss any of springwatch - good girl you've got your priorities right

hi pete and sarah , no i know i dont live in your area though i did live in gloucester for about 6 years til i was nearly 13 . nice idea to be picked up but not really possible . thanks , yes i do belong to walsall rspb group and sutton coldfield rspb group and my friend and i will be going next monday . pity things close for the summer. sue
