Re: New to the site

Hello, everyone, I'm newly registered but I'm delighted to find at last a photographic site which reflects my interests. I renewed my interest in photography and bird-watching when I retired a few years ago and have now become obsessed enough with it to start to focus in on what gives me most pleasure - watching and recording the behaviour of non-humans, be they birds, animals or insects.I live in Scotland, where I am never very far away from wild countryside, but I have lived and worked on the South Coast of England and picked up bird-watching skills visiting Pagham Harbour, Langstone Marshes and other hot-spots in Sussex and Hampshire. I like winter a lot because it brings many visitors from the north to our shores and soon I will post some photos of them to shre my love of their beauty and grace.
