Hello from Staffordshire!

Hi all,

I've already read through a great deal of threads and admired some great images in the Gallery......tremendous work!

Although I've had a lifelong interest in photography, wildlife and particularly macro photography hasn't been a strong point. Perhaps I've been too well aware that fast long lenes = mega £'ss but I'm getting there slowly.
Recently invested in the Canon 20-200 F2.8 IS but just isn't long enough and although it's a superb lens it deteriorates considerably when used with conversion lenses so I'm saving up for a longer Jobby.

Anyway I'm from Newcastle in Staffs, anyone from this neck of the woods here?
