Just joined. It looks good! I am passionate about wildlife and so it seems are thousands of you here! I live in the West Country and now have enough time on my hands to immerse myself even further. Could someone please tell me the best place here to post a couple of phtographs to get an ID. It all looks like a bit of a minefield! Checked out the galleries already but it is not leaping out at me.

Here is the image for you all to look at, any suggestions as far as species. For size it is settled on the stamen of ivy blossom. I would be most grateful if anyone can help me,

no open new thread on the subject of your photoe,double click on photoe,this will bring it up large,scrole down to number of photoe copy go back to your post and paste then wright underneath about what your photoe is all about,hope this helps. |

Welcome to WAB. I've not been a member for long, but I'm really enjoying it. Loads of VERY knowledgeable people are members! I'm sure they will ID your fly (in your other post). Where in the West Country are you? I'm in Dorset... not far from you probably. What are your main nature interests? Flys?
