Hi 57 year old new member, new Camera,love wildlife need places to shoot in Cambridgeshire can you help Streak.

hiya streak pleased to meet you,i am also from cambridgeshire,march to be precise,been here just over 2 years so i dont realy know of anywhere to sugest sorry,any way welcome and enjoy the site.

Hi streak

welcome to WAB. How about the Ouse Washes , The wildlfowl trust at Welney for swans etc.There's Wicken FEn for insects + flowers etc.
Must be loads more on the net.

Welcome I'm not very familiar with your area - it's way too long now since I was a student there - but I do remember Wicken Fen being a good place to visit.

Hi streak

Welcome to WAB.

I agree that the RSPB reserve at the Ouse Washes and the WWT reserve at Welney (just over the border in Norfolk) are top sites, particularly at this time of the year with all the wintering wildfowl.
