| | Hello WAB! Wow, first post, look at me go
I've been browsing for a while here, enjoying all the photos, information and wonderful resources this website has to offer. I felt obliged to step up and say hello to everyone.
I'm a transplant from the US into the Caerphilly area of Wales. I'm also a bird photography enthusiast with my Canon 30D permanently attached to my hip, unfortunately unable to upload photos as yet.
Love the website and hope I'll get the chance to know more of you soon

| | | Re: Hello WAB! Hi Jen, so glad you decided to say hello. Welcome to WAB, no doubt we will see each other around - enjoy .
Uploading images is quite easy when you get your head round it - then there will be no stopping you!
Go to the gallery Page, above the various gallery catagories is a wide green band that says "Image Archive" -to the right of this in the corner you will see "UPLOAD" click on this and it will guide you through the process of uploadong to the gallery or adding images to posts! Good luck! |

Thank you for the welcomes! |

| | | Re: Hello WAB! Hi Dae, I have a good friend who lives at Llanhilleth, about 12 miles from Caerphilly, it is a lovely area and i have spent many happy hours walking and sitting on the hillsides around there, its a bit less taxing than further North, and in my opinion just as nice. I am hoping to spend some time there in the New Year, all being well, in the meantime I am looking forward to seeing your pictures, all the best and welcome to WAB, Keith

I may live in Essex but do make my way to Wales fairly often as my Mum lives in Llandovery from where you can get to most places.
She does seem to be stifling a yawn when I go on about red kites...
