Re: naturelovers intro about me

Naturelover I also once kept cockatiels.. a couple of hundred of them
Of course they are an Australian bird but in the wild they have none of the colours you see in the modern bird. Their name is Quarrion and are basically a drab brownish colour. They make great pets...cept for one thing....They chew every piece of wood they can find....Thats why I changed over to Finches

Oh, it's gone now TG. Someone had posted (maybe by accident) loads of nooddy pics. I was scrolling down, as you do, and there they were...

Hi Betty, seems like you've led a busy life and interesting one too. Good luck for the future.

Re: naturelovers intro about me

Hi Nature Lover,

Nice to read your intro. I've got quite a few animals too (an enormous Leonberger dog and six cats!) Used to have an aviary of about 30 birds as well. Now if anyone's a crazy woman it's certainly me - I'm working one of my night shifts and every couple of hours I'm popping out into the freezing night air for a naughty cigarette and to check for snowflakes - now tell me if that sounds sane!

Am proud to be eccentric!

Regards, Snowhound
