Hi!

Hey!

I've been reading this forum for a while now and finally decided to join up cus it looks great here!

I'm 16 and in Year 11, ive always wanted to work with animals but i really dont know what to do. I get quite good grades and right now theres loads of career conventions and stuff at school but there isnt really alot to do with animals. I would like to earn good money (who doesnt?) but i know there isnt alot in the animal business. I thought about becoming a vet and eventually opening my own practice, and i like the idea, but working with zoo animals and wild animals looks really cool!! So im really unsure about what to do Become a vet, earn some good money and help out alot of animals, or do something with wild/zoo animals and have alot of fun! To be honest, im not quite sure what jobs there are for wildlife/zoo so can anyone help me out?

Re: Hi!

Hi Nish16

I guess you've got another couple of years at school to make up your mind. However, there are always organisations that will welcome volunteers. Try a few before you make up your mind to see if its animals or conservation or whatever that grabs you.

Enjoy WAB too!
