Good evening. Madingson here. I come from the internet.
My primary concern is how one identifies individual grey squirrels (make the sign of the cross at your leisure) and how to photograph Kingfishers.
Right now my dear wife is breathing over my shoulder, so for the nonce, I must away.
Oh, and Dippers. Are they having a wash? Or having fun when they do that morning dance in the river?
And foxes. Do we love them? Or blow them into next week?
So little time, so many questions.

Cheers my friend. I'm fairly new to this wildlife conservation thing and I hope I can ask honest questions about... well, the sort of things I've seen on Autumn Watch.
That was the programme that persuaded me that living in the valley was about a bit more than extending the land I own.
I've done that. And now I have, I realise I'm just another creature who lives there. And maybe I dont really own it. Just I'm in charge of it for a while.
Bit of a responsibility really? Especially when you aint got a clue what you are doing.
