| | | Hello Hello, This is my first post. I came across this website using Google and thought it looks very interesting. I like walking and cycling and am trying to get into birdwatching, just got some new bins. So hopefully will get some good hints and tips on here. Although I like walking and cycling, it is sometimes hard to fit both into my lifestyle. I'm sure that there are other members feel the same way.
Next year I will be planning one week doing the Inn Way...to the Lakes District and another week will be cycling the Walney to Whitby (W2W 52)
Not forgetting I like also camping. |

| | | Re: Hello Hello foxy mars, I admire you for being able to cycle all that way with all those hills, I cycle all over the place here but I know Cumbria well and would never be able to attempt some of the places .
If you are getting into birding, Walney is a good place to start - but take a stick if you are going to the South Walney nature reserve - it can get a bit hairy . Don't be embarrassed everyone looks silly waving sticks around .
Have a safe and good trip! Welcome to WAB. |
