Morning All
Just a quick introduction to say hello to one and all. I have just hit the big 50 this year and live in Suffolk. I am married to my wife Kim and we both enjoy the countryside and the wildlife. I am a keen birder and spend most of my time on the Norfolk coast when I am out birding. I have recently taking up TRYING to photograph birds, but not with a lot of success. I would be grateful if anyone can pass on some help and tips how to do this and photograph birds flying.

Hi Phantom, you haven't bored us at all, it's always nice when people take time out to say hello and a bit about themselves. Any photography questions are best asked on the photography forums at the bottom of the index page, the people able to help will! As reguad to photographing birds in flight, Eeyore produced an advice sheet months ago which you may be able to get from him still (?), here is the link - photographing birds in flight - advice sheet

Hi Phantom and welcome to WAB. Best advice I can offer on photographing birds is to practice, practice, practice and it will all come together eventually.
